Yes. Your project data is stored on EU servers in Frankfurt and never sold. It is only shared with processors under a DPA (e.g. hosting, AI transcription) and with integrations you enable yourself. See the privacy policy for details. You can delete all data at any time from your dashboard.

Database and files are stored on servers in the EU (Frankfurt, Supabase). Some service providers are based in the US (e.g. Railway, Cloudflare); access from there is covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Google Analytics only runs with your consent and may transfer data to the US. All connections are TLS-encrypted, files are stored in private storage buckets with access controls. Yes. After each payment you automatically receive an invoice by email. All invoices are also available in your subscription dashboard.

You can delete all projects, feedback and uploads yourself from the dashboard at any time and export them as JSON under Settings. After the contract ends you can still export your data for 30 days; after that it is deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.

No. Your data is never sold. Audio and text are only sent to our AI processor, solely to transcribe and summarize your feedback — not to train AI models.

Yes. In the project, click “Export” and download all feedback as a ZIP: a JSON file with text, transcripts and marker positions plus screenshots with the marked spots. Upload the ZIP to your AI tool. The export is included in every plan, Starter too.
